This is a 7-day on-site training program established in Chicago, Illinois, that is offered to individuals that come from police and federal backgrounds, corporate security directors, private investigators, administrative investigative departments, legal investigators, attorneys and other public and private individuals who just want true ground-up hard training! Many of our past students regardless of what brand and field they specialize in have a desire to learn about the other facets of private investigations and executive personal protection. This is a mentally and somewhat physical demanding course that puts one the in "driver’s seat" and solidifies “hands-on” training.

Please be informed that this course is a fast moving, responsive, and reveals an in-depth look into the real world of the Private Investigator. Completion of this course will NOT allow you to work independently as a Private Investigator. Successful completion of this course will in fact allow each student to work as a registered employee for a licensed private investigation agency. Please note that there are many investigative agencies in Illinois that are looking for competent and honest employees all the time and this field is growing rapidly.
SURVEILLANCE TACTICS
We teach comprehensive, demonstrative and factual surveillance methods. Mobile, foot, physical, stationary, electronic, and long distance discreet observation practice exercises will be at hand. Our skilled instructors will illustrate and take you on mobile and foot surveillance assignments to set the example of how it is done--the right way. These exciting simulated exercises will even demonstrate on how surveillance electronics are used as well. Learn about concealed mobile surveillance and the equipment used for insurance observation, marital cases, theft assignments, and so on. We will instruct you on how to set up and disguise your vehicle and oneself! Video cameras, night-vision, optics and other forms of surveillance equipment will be utilized and practiced with. Get ready to be impressed and amazed about the true methodologies of the surveillance and discreet observational world.
INFORMATION GATHERING
We instruct on the "art of Information." We demonstrate extreme examples of how to obtain direct and resourceful information from multifarious sources throughout the world. We instruct students on how to obtain public and private information bases the right way the first time! We show you how to make other resourceful person connections, use computer data bases, the Internet and the art of pretexting in a legal manner.
BUG SWEEP (TSCM) TRAINING
Never before has a PI training course offered bug sweep instruction. This field is huge and is considered to be rapidly growing! What was considered to be a "hush-hush" business practice by many TSCM service investigators, we are now offering it our training course. Private Investigator Training and Private Detective School
TUITION
The tuition fee for the Private Investigation program is $2,800.00 and the full amount of the tuition fee must normally be paid prior to the date of the program. Payment may be made in two (2) installments consisting of $1,400.00 each, with the balance of the tuition fee to be made no later than one week before the class starts. In order to hold a place in class, a $100.00 deposit must accompany the application for admission and one must undergo a criminal background check before one will be accepted. If a participant fails to attend the program for any reason the tuition fee will be refunded with the exception of a $599.00 non-refundable seating/attendance fee.
Hotel lodging, transportation, meals, snacks, beverages and hand-out materials are all included in the $2,900.00 tuition fee. Airfare and other accommodations will be paid by the student independently.
REGISTRATION
Potential students must complete an application form and submit full or partial tuition with the application form. Students who are not accepted for admission due to their background chrck, the full tuition will be returned. Please note: If an applicant has been convicted of a felony in the past, ten years since being paroled must have passed in order to be certified for the Private Detective course.
